Absolute, wonderful experience! I went to a few different jewelers and none matched the experience I had at the Diamond Factory of Ann Arbor. Every person I spoke with was extremely kind and helpful. It’s easy to say, but honestly, they were genuinely interested in helping me design the perfect ... ring. I mainly worked with Teresa, Raffi and Victor. All wonderful people. One of the reasons I would highly suggest going here is because I never felt like they were just trying to sell me a ring. They were very knowledgeable, giving me many different suggestions, all pertaining to what I was looking for. There is a lot you need to know when buying a ring and they were very helpful with guiding me throughout the process. They were very accommodating, giving me excellent suggestions to fit my budget. Not only was the quality of their service superb, but their diamonds and rings were as well. They custom made the ring and set some of my grandmother’s diamonds. They are AWESOME!! Every six months or so I have to call in and get my ring coated cause I react to the nickel in it. They are always extremely friendly and have great customer service. (I've dealt with Raffi and Victor on several occasions). I have never once spoken ... to anyone who was curt or rude. I have had several repairs done at this store and had great experiences each time. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Recently, I had my favorite right hand ring repaired - it was a mess, missing stones and had extensive damage from being poorly repaired by another jeweler. When I ... got my ring back, it was almost like new, it looks absolutely amazing again and I couldn't be happier!
